Well he de fucking ho. Bit shit on the fitness front with the snow and the bloody ear infection. I come across as so weak but it is just what life throws at me. Tomorrow or maybe Thursday will be the next run. So. The world.Haiti is fucked and the world is running to show how much they care whilst thinking about how much they can gain from the situation. No cash but is it a good weapons base. If we save them they can never say no. Seems a harsh idea but I bet I am not far off. In other news I have drunk too much tonight but I would like to recommend Hellboy to anyone who likes a pretty film that is also entertaining. Woozy is not the word now. 3 years and Man U will be in administration. You heard it her first campers. May be too hungover to run tomorrow but next one will come soon. Iphone. I am increasingly becoming enamoured of it. No issues. Everyone loves it. Just wanted Android to do better but failed. 2 years later I accept defeat. Hey ho. Night xxx

Well yes I did it. I went for a run. Nearly killed me but I did 3K. Feeling good because I did it. The horrible cold I had did not even put me off. Nor the bloody snow that will stop me repeating this for a few days. No the fucking thing about my new healthy lifestyle is putting my back out getting my car out of the fucking snow today. Fuckfuckfuck. So I will sort that and I will run. And I will make a note of this great achievement. Also big brother is getting nasty. They should all just be friends....

Ggahhh. So the new year brings an attack on a cartoonist who stupidly drew and published an image of Mohammed with a bomb in his turban. I do not understand how this made the Muslim society feel. I cannot as I am not a Muslim. It just brings home to me the total lack of understanding of others that seems to be the fashion in today's world. When will we finally understand that when religion is concerned that no one is right and no one is wrong? It is an inner feeling, a joy felt by the believer. Unfortunately when you believe one thing there will always be another who believes whole heartedly the exact opposite. I like that. It makes us human. We can make the choice. Where I have a problem is where people are deliberately provocative. And no one can disagree that all sides are guilty of provocation. I hate to sound like a bloody hippy but we can just talk about it. We don't have to deliberately antagonise and goad people into an action they would not have taken if we had not said or done something deliberately provocative. That said taking an axe to someone is not the way to resolve spiritual issues. Prayer and meditation is accepted by every (i think) religion available to us. It is a powerful thing. I like to speak to people who believe almost the exact opposite of me when I go to the pub. Yes it can be fiery and most of the time you agree to disagree. But if we shout loudly for one side or another of an extreme we condone it. And then we have to defend a position we are not entirely comfortable with. Then we end up taking arms for something we feel it is probably, well the right thing really. There are young men and women really absolutely and forever dead out there. People who would have brought joy and happiness to many. Not there. Dead or not born as their parents have been killed before they were born. Anyone can try and justify this to me until the sun finally blows up. I will not get it. Belief should bring a sense of well-being. Not just to you but to everyone around you. Otherwise we should just all have our own individual selfish religion and fuck everyone else. Sadly this may well be the way we end up. Peace out man......
